On June 13, 2020 , Blessings In Disguise will hold it's 3rd "Repurpose It For Seniors Event" from 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM in front of the entrance at the Walmart Store In Perrysburg. According to Jimmy Preston, Volunteer Coordinator of event, "We are looking for the community to drop off new or gently used durable and adaptive items for seniors such as bedside commodes, raised toilet seats, wheelchairs, rollators, shower chairs, tub safety bars and transfer benches. These seem to be the items we go through quite rapidly."

You are encouraged to reach out to your friends and family network to gather up what items they may have , and bring them with you the day of the event. According to Jimmy, the Blessings In Disguise team will give a raffle ticket for every item dropped off to each person for a chance to win several prizes at the conclusion of the event. Winner need not be present.
